About Emily
Emily Miskel is a family law attorney with the firm Koons Fuller. Based in Plano, she represents clients throughout Dallas County and Collin County, Texas.
She provides intensive divorce litigation, complex property settlements, asset tracing, valuation, and division. She is also experienced in child custody, visitation, support, and paternity issues.
She provides services covering the whole range of family law, from premarital agreements through post-divorce modifications and appeals. In addition to trial experience, she is also trained in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and collaborative law.
Emily has an engineering degree from Stanford University, and she received her law degree from Harvard Law School. Although she no longer practices engineering, she represents many clients from engineering and technical backgrounds.
