Dennis Hopper is dying of cancer and divorcing. A judge ruled that they may both stay in the home during the divorce, but that the wife has to stay 10 feet away from him at all times because of the stress. (aren’t we glad to practice in Texas instead of California!)

He sued the U.S. Supreme Court, asking the justices to render abortion illegal. He also asked for $999 trillion in damages and $1,000/hour for attorney’s fees. He recently filed in federal district court in Plano, seeking a restraining order against police as he planned to use “deadly force” against an abortion clinic.
